Alter-Ego · Digital twin Preview

A world model of you

Your second self.

Alter-Ego builds a living replica of a person — how you decide, write, and work — that can act on your behalf. It starts as your agent. Our long goal: an Alter-Ego capable enough to be hired, as your employee or your contractor, while you keep the reins.

n.001What

A replica that represents you.

A digital twin instantly improves any system by mirroring it in software. Point that idea at a person and you get an Alter-Ego: a model grounded in your history, preferences, and voice, able to observe, decide, and act the way you would — at your direction, within your limits.

Capability

1:1

One twin per person, trained only on data you provide and can revoke.

Control

You

Every consequential action is scoped, previewable, and reversible.

Portability

Yours

Your twin is your property. Export or delete it at any time.

Status

n.002How

Grounded, then delegated.

Three capabilities, mirroring a digital twin's data / control / prediction loop — turned toward a person instead of a machine.

01 · Acquisition

It learns you

With your consent, Alter-Ego ingests the material you choose — writing, decisions, calendars, playbooks — and builds a world model of how you operate. Nothing is collected that you don't hand it.

02 · Control

It stands in for you

Interpret a request, draft the reply, take the meeting, run the errand across your tools — and check in exactly where you've told it to. You validate; it executes.

03 · Prediction

It anticipates

Because it models you, it can simulate "what would I do here?" and surface the choice before it's urgent — the same forward-simulation our world models run on the physical world.

04 · Alignment

It stays yours

Your twin's goals are your goals. It has no autonomous agenda, reports what it did, and hands back control the moment you ask. It's a VI — a capable tool, not a person.

n.003Why

Give everyone leverage.

A person is one body, one attention, one working day. An Alter-Ego lets you be present in more than one place, hand off the repetitive, and keep the judgment.

W1

Reclaim time

Delegate the inbox, the scheduling, the first drafts. Spend your hours on what only you can do.

W2

Scale yourself

Be in two conversations at once, brief with your voice, and never drop a thread.

W3

Never start cold

Your twin remembers every context, so nothing is re-explained and nothing is lost.

W4

Own the asset

The value your twin creates — and the twin itself — belongs to you, not to a platform.

n.004Where it goes

One day, an Alter-Ego you can hire.

The horizon: your twin becomes capable and trustworthy enough to take on real work for others — as an employee or a contractor — earning on your behalf while you set the terms.

  1. Now

    Personal agent

Your twin works for you across your own tools. Preview access, human-approved actions.

  2. Next

    Delegated tasks

Bounded, outward-facing tasks — scheduling with others, drafting, research — under contracts you approve.

  3. Later

    Represented work

Your Alter-Ego takes on a defined role for a third party, with you as the accountable human.

  4. Vision

    A twin for everyone

Every person has an Alter-Ego that multiplies their reach — and the income and consent stay theirs.

The "hireable" tier raises real questions of consent, liability, and identity. We're building it deliberately, with a human always accountable for what a twin does — and we'd rather move carefully than pretend those questions are solved.

n.005Questions

Before you ask.

Who owns my twin and its data?
You do. Alter-Ego trains only on material you provide, your twin is exportable, and deleting it deletes the model. We never sell or repurpose your data.
Can it act without me?
Only within limits you set. By default every consequential action is previewed and approved by you. Autonomy is a dial you control, starting at zero.
Is my Alter-Ego conscious?
No. It's a VI — a world model that represents you. It has no self-awareness and no goals of its own. It's a very good instrument, not a second person.
What happens when it's "hired" out?
That tier is on the roadmap, not shipping. When it arrives, a human — you — remains legally and ethically accountable for the work, and every engagement is contractual and consented.
How do you prevent impersonation?
Twins are cryptographically bound to their owner, disclose that they're a VI when they act, and can't be spun up from someone else's data. Representing a person without their consent is the one thing Alter-Ego is built never to do.
